Verizon Rumored To Have Stopped Testing Of BlackBerry 6 On The Storm2

July 22, 2010 by Robb Dunewood 1 Comment

GizmoFusion is reporting that a “reliable informant” has let them know that Verizon has stopped testing the new BlackBerry 6 operating system on the BlackBerry Storm2 9550 and probably won’t resume until either the BlackBerry Storm2 Reboot or the Storm3 have been revealed.

Let’s hope that this is more of a delay rather than an indication that the Storm2’s 256 Mb of RAM just isn’t enough to run BlackBerry 6.

I’m so excited for the storm 3 and Blackberry 6. This makes me so happy that I waited.
