The Red BlackBerry 8830 is the same device as the silver version, both, of whice are available on Verizon’s site.

For a device geared towards the corporate world (this particular model), it’s butt ugly! The black looks decent, but for some reason the red in my opinion just doesn’t have the appeal of let’s say a red Pearl. Oh well…

I like it. I just went new every 2 with Verizon and since I’m staying with them, I think I’ll pick this one up. Anyone need a silver 8830? 😉

Same price as the silver, which may depend on how much you negotiate. Typicallt $150 to $199 after $100 rebate.
