The Pink Verizon BlackBerry Pearl Hits Shelves Tomorrow

by Robb Dunewood on January 24, 2008 · 9 comments

It has been about two and a half weeks since the Pink BlackBerry Pearl teaser hit Verizon’s Next site, but, for those of you that have been waiting, the wait is almost over.

According to a Research in Motion press release the Pink Verizon BlackBerry Pearl will be available online as well as hit store shelves tomorrow. The Pink Pearl will run $199.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year agreement. If you sign up for a really expensive voice and data plan, you could qualify for an additional $100 credit bringing the cost down to under $100

Guess it’s nature to question RIM’s or vzw’s marketing on a PINK BB, but I’m sure it will sell and have a market. Be happy with the silver Pearl vzw allowed it’s customers to purchase.
