Pageonce, maker of the popular personal finance and travel management application, Personal Assistant, has announced an additional $6.5 million in financing from Israeli Venture firm Pitango Venture Capital bringing the total raised to date to $10 million.
Pageonce has also announced that they have reached 1 million users which isn’t too shabby for a company that has been around for just over a year.
One million registered users is a big milestone for us, and it clearly shows we are the leader in mobile personal finance management,” said Guy Goldstein, CEO of Pageonce. “Our goal is to own the personal information management category on the mobile platform. We are thrilled to have Pitango as a great partner for us as they understand the potential of the market we’re addressing and they have been big believers in the mobile space since the beginning.
Pageonce Personal Assistant for BlackBerry, personally, is one of my favorite premium BlackBerry applications and it also comes in a free ad supported version. Pageonce may not be for every BlackBerry users, but, if you like to stay on top of expenses, track finances, or travel frequently, Pageonce Pesersonal Assistant for BlackBerry is definitely worth checking out.
