Intellisync Corporation, a leading developer of wireless software for the mobile communications market, will announce today at the CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment Show, Intellisync Unified Messaging, a new ‘presence’ technology that will tie together, voice, email, and instant messaging into a single interface.

The Intellisync Unified Messaging Platform makes any type of mobile communication, email, voice, text or instant message (IM) accessible on a single interface on any device in any location, with “One-Touch” access. The experience is truly unified, and is designed to increase productivity and user satisfaction with wireless communications for mobile professionals, large enterprises and wireless carriers.

Intellisync Unified Messaging will support the Palm OS, Windows Mobile, and the Symbian OS but will not support BlackBerry. In fact, the new ‘presense’ software will run on most devices capable of running BlackBerry Connect and will compete directly with mobile email device giant Research in Motion.
