WES 2007 hasn’t even officially kicked off yet, however, Research in Motion isn’t wasting any time making announcements about new stuff that they are working on. They’ve just introduced BlackBerry Mobile Voice System for Seamless Enterprise Voice Integration, which “allows a BlackBerry smartphone to become a secure mobile extension of a users desk phone”.
Research in Motion acquired Ascendent Systems, a leading provider of enterprise voice mobility solutions that provide single number reachability, real-time notification and conferencing, and voice continuity, a little over a year ago. BlackBerry MVS appears to be the fruits of their labor.

Also Check Avaya One X mobility solution from Avaya, which has even more powerfull functionalities. Unfortunately no client for Blackberry, but has client for Nokia Symbian based mobile phones.
Not integrating with the BlackBerry is a show stopper in the U.S.
