One of the issues with the BlackBerry Storm is that the touchscreen stays active when you are on a call and it is not terribly difficult to inadvertently activate applications while the screen is pressed to your face.
I personally use a Bluetooth headset almost all of the time and personally have never done this, or, at least have never noticed that I’ve done it. It is however, a big enough issue that the folks over at CellAvant have created a free BlackBerry application, TalkLock™, that sovles the problem.
TalkLock™ is a free utility that automatically engages a few seconds after a call is connected, and intercepts touch screen actions. This prevents screen presses from launching programs or invoking functions while you talk.
I just downloaded and installed TalkLock™. It seems to work thus pretty well thus far.

Need to use
this app is a must have, otherwise you’ll end up in other areas of the phone ie., browser, messages, app center.
