BBHub’s Russell Shaw on the BlackBerry 8700c Launch

Russell Shaw of BBHub fame has written a very good article for ZDnet.com on problems behind the launch of the BlackBerry 8700c. All I can say is that Russell hit the nail right on the head.

    I read all the post on cnet, and I am just amazed at how big companies can make such mistakes, that post was summed up just nice “Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition”
