You may have heard that initially, the BlackBerry Tour wasn’t available for pre-order to existing Verizon subscribers. Well, it looks like after all the fustration that decision caused, Verizon has changed their toon. Verizon subscribers will soon be able to upgrade or purchase the BlackBerry Tour om the Verizon BlackBerry Tour Pre-Order Site.

I was on the pre-order list two days ago. People just needed to call the right department! 🙂
From what I can tell on-line, pre-orders for existing customers went live about 4 hours ago; I got an email from VZW and when I clicked through I was able to pre-order when signed in to My Verizon.
