Not only will BlackBerry maker Research in Motion start to offer PocketMac for BlackBerry for free from the BlackBerry.com website, the next version of PocketMac will include features dreamed about by Mac users for years.

BlackBerry insider Dave Mabe has confirmed with the Tim Goggin, the vice-president and sales and marketing for Information Appliance Associates, maker of PocketMac for BlackBerry, that the next version of the software will have an Application Loader.

The App Loader is huge – certain applications can’t be installed over the air and you had to have a Windows machine to install them through Desktop Manager. This feature has been requested countless times since the initial release of PocketMac.
