BlackBerry Curve 8520 Review

by Robb Dunewood on July 25, 2009 · 3 comments

WireFly has released a video review of the upcoming BlackBerry Curve 8520 that has been rumored to be released  sometime in August.    The Curve 8520, code name Gemini, is the first BlackBerry to sport the new optical trackpad as compared to the trackball that we have come to love (and hate when they get all gummed up).  The Curve 8520 is a bit smaller then the Curve 8900 and will come in two colors, black and a very light blue.

Get The BlackBerry Storm On The Cheap

BlackBerry Storm Deals

Just the other day we told you how Verizon is offering the BlackBerry Storm for $99, however, that isn’t the best deal in town for those singing up to new contracts.

AmazonWireless is offering the BlackBerry Storm for $49.99 on a new 2-year contract, but, the real deal is with Wirefly.com who is offering the Storm for $29.99 to new Verizon subscribers.

As I’ve said before, the BlackBerry Storm, deservedly so, got a lot of bad press until the latest update that now ships on the device came out a few months ago, however, now that RIM has put a proper OS on the BlackBerry Storm, it is not a bad device at all.

Verizon BlackBerry Tour From Wirefly

If you are looking to get yourself a BlackBerry Tour and are new to Verizon, Wirefly is offering the device to new Verizon subscribers for $179.99, $20 less than getting it direct.  The real deal, however, may be for existing Verizon customers.

If you are already a Verizon customer you can get yourself the BlackBerry Tour for $199.99…  Even possibly if you aren’t eligible for an upgrade.  This is a full $290 less than the $489.99 that Verizon is charging.

There is a lot of fine print that you should read thouroghly before you get in on this but if you are one of those BlackBerry users that just has to have the latest device whenever it comes out, this deal just may be for you.

Check the deal out over on Wirefly
