Nokia Sues RIM to Enforce Arbitration

November 28, 2012 by BlackBerry Hank Leave a Comment

Well here we go again with some bad news for Research in Motion.  The good people over at Bloomberg posted today that Nokia sued RIM in California in-order to enforce Royalties for the use of WLAN technology.

According to Bloomberg, Nokia and RIM have yet to reach an agreement on royalties that are to be paid for the use of WLAN technology in some BlackBerry Devices.

I’m sure RIM will address these concerns in due time and come up with a solution to satisfy Nokia and their demands. While Nokia battles RIM in court over patents, BlackBerry continues to roll towards the much anticipated release of BlackBerry 10.

Seems to me that the haters are out in full force daily against BlackBerry, are they scared of the possibility that BlackBerry 10 could be a threat and make some much needed waves in the current smart phone market?

Let us know what you think and leave us some feedback!
