Vincent Verweij from Makayama Interactive sent me, along with others, an email letting us know that Media Studio for BlackBerry 1.0 was launched today.
The easiest software to transfer DVDs directly to your Blackberry. Convert and watch movies, YouTube video, home videos and much more on the Blackberry Pearl (8100) and other upcoming video-enabled Blackberries.
Media Studio appears to have pretty good compression. You can store up to 8 feature films on a single 1GB memorycard.
Media Studio for BlackBerry 1.0 will set you back $34.95 or 29.95 (EUR) and you can test it out before you buy it. Verizon won’t have the BlackBerry Pearl or 8800 until sometime around 2024 so I won’t be able to give you a full review.
