Rove Mobile, formerly Idokorro, is now offering two of its mobile applications as free blackberry downloads.
The first, Rove Mobile File Manager is an FTP client for your BlackBerry. Mobile File Manager supports Windows File Sharing, WebDAV, File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Secure FTP (SFTP) connections can can so via the MDS service provided by BES or TCP/IP if you are not on BES.
The second free BlackBerry download is Rove Mobile Viewer for BlackBerry, an application that allows you to view the screen of your BlackBerry on your computer monitor. Mobile Viewer not only allows you to project your BlackBerry’s screen to your computer monitor, but, you can create screen shots or even record video from your BlackBerry.
Cool, just downloaded them.
You (and Rove) forgot to mention this stuff is windows only. What good is that?
Speaking of downloads…my BB is crashing almost everytime I try to type an email or view a site. Anyone come across a similar issue? I wiped out my device, but it still continues.
Robb, it would be great to add a community support feature on the site. I have an idea regarding my issue, but I think for the general user, it would be great to help them out. Just a thought…:)
^^^ No I have no problem with Rove while I type an email or view a site.. its great function between desktop & BB.. It should called MOBILETOP!
