“Sorry, your device does not meet the hardware requirements for scanning barcodes. Please use the ‘Search’ feature to manually enter the barcode instead.” – total FAIL.

Why even OFFER it for OS v4.5 devices if they can’t even use it?

Same here, downloaded it to my 8100, with v4.5 and it would not work. It asked for me to manually input barcode number…….

Um, fellas you have to put http:// in http link code in order to make it link to an outside page. http://www.rimarkable.com/www.edocrab.com/ doesn’t do anyone any good.

I agree. It says my device doesn’t have the hardware necessary, & to input the barcode manually. I did it & it said some foor & clothing aren’t included.

Once again, why offer the damn software if it won’t work on BB 8320?
