Research in Motion along with MTN bring the BlackBerry to Cypruss.
All over the world, BlackBerry smartphones are enhancing the way people communicate and interact with information. Being away from the office or separated from your PC no longer means you are out of touch, because the BlackBerry smartphone empowers you with real-time connectivity ” said Bassel Jamaleddine, CEO of MTN. “People have become used to MTN leading the market by introducing the best solutions to our customers, and all of us at MTN are very excited and proud to be launching the BlackBerry solution here today.
What I find kind of interesting is that MTN will initially only offer the BlackBerry Curve and the BlackBerry Pearl. Does the lack of BlackBerry 8800 support paint a broader picture of that device’s future? That’s probably a topic for another post.
