BlackBerry Troubleshooting software maker, Zenprise, and Keynote, the leading provider of on-demand test and measurement products for mobile communications and the internet, announced a deal that aims to proactively detect carrier, device, or infrastructure problems that can adversely impact an end users experience.
Keynote is going to initially deploy mobile monitoring agents in New York that will notify Zenprise customers with BlackBerrys from the big 4 wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile) when carrier outages or performance degradation impact BlackBerry users on those networks.
