There is a new BlackBerry Twitter client on the block and some are saying that TweetGenius is not only the best Twitter client available on your BlackBerry but that it is one of the coolest BlackBerry applications available period.
TweetGenius is the brainchild of none other than the Boy Genius and the review of it I just read over on Engadget Mobile was pretty favorable. Unfortunately I can’t review for myself just yet because TweetGenius is only available for the BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve 8900.
TweetGenius isn’t free as it will set you back $4.99 while on sale. The regular price will be $9.99. I’ve heard a few people say that it is worth 5 bucks but not 10, but once again, I offer no oppinion as I haven’t tried it out for myself yet.

No Free Trial? TweetGenius better get rave reviews from those who have bought it.
I am kind of surprised that BGR didn’t register the domain name tweetgenius.com.
This is THE BEST twitter APP EVER.
Ok, here is my take. The eyecandy in TweetGenius is glorius. It alone is worth $4.99. I don’t, however, see enough new stuff as far as tweeting from my BlackBerry goes that I would be willing to pay the regular price of $9.99 when you can still get TwitterBerry and UberTwitter for free. Additionally, I still like SocialScope better.
No trial = no buy…

That’s bogus! Doesn’t that rule out about half or more of us??
Save your money. I bought this and was underwhelmed. Visuals are great on my 8900 but not enough functionality. UberTwitter is all I need & w/the new version it’s even better.
