Slacker Radio For The BlackBerry Storm Now Available

Slacker Radio for BlackBerry StormSlacker Radio is now available for the BlackBerry Storm.  We should probably say that Slacker for the Storm is officially available because we told you about a work around to get Slacker working on your Storm before it was actually available for the Storm back when it first came out in January.

I just installed Slacker on my BlackBerry Storm and and it works like a charm.  The future of the BlackBerry Storm looks more and more promising as more applications developed specifically for it start to become more readily available.

Slacker And RIM Bring Internet Radio To The BlackBerry

Last week at CTIA, Slacker announced that they will have a free Slacker Personal Radio application for the BlackBerry coming out in October.

As an avid internet radio junkie, I can honestly tell you that I would probably pay for a good Slacker BlackBerry client, however, the best part of this announcement was the part where they tell you that they Slacker Personal Radio BlackBerry application will be free.

I definitely am looking forward to this.
