For all of you BlackBerry theme developers that want to start creating BlackBerry themes for the Tour and the Curve 8520, Plazmic has updated Content Developer’s Kit 4.7 to support both devices. I am guessing that we will start seeing more BlackBerry Tour and Curve 8520 themes any minute now.
Plazmic CDK 4.7 is a free download and you can get it here…
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 is now available on Vodafone UK for FREE! with select service plans. This isn’t the first free BlackBerry Curve 8520 that we’ve seen, however, it is the first one to be offered free by a major carrier. I wonder if we will see T-Mobile completely subsidize the price of their banded 8520 before too long?

The T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8520 is now available online and in the T-Mobile Store for $129.99 on a 2-year contract. The Curve 8520 comes in two colors, Frost, seen here in this image, and Black.
If the BlackBerry Curve 8520 is a device that you may be interested in getting, I seriously recommend that you head to Wal-Mart where the device is only $48.88.
Wal-Mart is pretty well known for making their own rules up in the retail world and it would appear that Aug. 2nd equals Aug. 5th when it comes to the T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8520 and you have them in stock.
According to Engadget, some dude named Alex was able to pick up a brand new $48.88 T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8520 a few days early and he’s posted a video of its unboxing on YouTube.
