Barack ObamaAfter all the back and forth over security concerns around the data on President Barack Obama’s BlackBerry has subsided the question now is if the POTUS’ personal safety at risk.

To make a long story short, there is a device called a TriggerFish that can be used to find physical location of mobile device users.  It kind of makes you wonder what security measures have been put into place to keep this from happening to to most protected BlackBerry user in the world.

except for the fact that he’s not carrying an off the shelf BlackBerry anymore… please… why is this still an issue. He’s got a “white house encrypted… blackberry like… device” now. I’d be surprised if it were communicating directly with wireless providers.

Non-issue now… move on…

Should use triggerfish on those who complain about their service as a means to verify what the real problem is.

Is it really that hard to find out where Obama is? Newsflash – he spends most of his time in the White House. When he travels around the world it is generally in the friggin’ newspaper and on TV.

Also if you want to know which car he is in, look for really big armoured limo with flags on it.
