Update: The alpha version of SkyFire that was leaked has been disabled
SkyFire, the third party BlackBerry web browser that available only to those in the closed alpha, has been leaked. I can’t tell you if an how the leaked version works as I haven’t had a chance to download and play around with it myself, however, if you want to get your hands on a leaked version of the mobile web browser that was a Peoples Voice Winner at the 2009 Weblog Awards you can download SkyFire for BlackBerry OTA to your device at the following link:

App would not even start on my VZW Storm. caused phone to reboot on startup..
It installed on my Bold. but would not run. App loaded, but would not display any sites.
couldn’t open any website……. too damn slow
Downloaded fine but would not go to any website on my tour…. That really sucks too
