Engadget Mobile is at the CTIA convention and has gotten their hands on the new Sprint BlackBerry Pearl 8130 set to go on sale in November.

I’ll be online Nov. 1 at Verizon to port my number from TMO to the new Pearl. While I love the Pearl and the TMO rates/plans, the Verizon data speed just can’t be beat. If Verizon drops the plan by $10, it’s really going to be sweet.
As for the Sprint version, gotta pass.
Where did you hear that VZW might drop their data plan by $10? I havn’t heard that yet.
I was wondering that myself. It would be cool if they do something like that, however.
It’s supposed to be announced along with the launch date of the Pearl, Nov. 1. As for where I read that, I believe it was BGR if I recall correctly. When i get a chance, I’ll look it up and see if I can find the article and provide the link.

According to Phonearena.com, the launch date of the VZ Pearl has been pushed back to Nov. 8 with a pre-order date of Oct. 26. I guess we’ll find out tomorrow if they are correct.
