Is it just me, or, has Verizon stepped up its BlackBerry advertising recently? I have to admit, I am fairly blind to ads so I may have this one completely wrong, however, it seems like I have been noticing Verizon BlackBerry ads all over the place lately.
I may be reading too much into this but I know that If I were a big mobile phone company about to come out with a new BlackBerry I would probably step up my search marketing as well. Is Verizon about to announce a new BlackBerry? The CTIA Wireless Conference is going on right now and any announcement would surely get a ton of coverage.

I don’t usually notice ads either, but, now that you mention it, there does seem to be a fair bit of Verizon BlackBerry advertising floating around the internet.
Yes indeed. vzw 8830 ads coming soon. Think our lovely camera berry will be avail on the network june 1st.
NL: the rumored VZW 8830 is a variant of the 8800…meaning it has no camera. It has the same slimmer form factor of the 8800, and is CDMA with GSM capability also, but alas, no camera…
