UPDATE!!!  BlackBerry Messenger 5 Now Available

We’ve been hearing for over a month now the BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 close to being released.  Well, it hasn’t actually been officially released, but, BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 has been leaked.

Downloaded and installed on my curve 8330. Amazingly fast, very nice look and feel! I love it! This is a major improvement over the previous BBM.

Too bad the famed threaded-SMS feature isn’t available in this release! I guess we’ll have to wait until its bundled with OS 5.

Since I didnt have my blackberry OS on my computer,I had to try a different method, maybe it would work for you.
Go to (my) Computer -> C: -> Program Files -> Common Files -> Research In Motion -> App Loader

once in there, there should be a little icon that says “loader”, double click that and it will open the loader. All you have to do then is select “add” and find the alx file on your computer and then it should upload it.
