BlackBerry Desktop Manager v5.0

New BlackBerry Tour 9630 owners got  BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5 with their new devices, but, it is now available to all.

    With everything moving to the cloud it really makes using the Blackberry Desktop Manager seem archaic, except for moving pictures and music I never plug my curve into my computer.

      With the same exceptions and that occasional time an application or theme needs to be installed with DM, I rarely use it either.

    No BB desktop manager for Mac OSX yet? Oh well guess the white flag is in the air. RIM needs to compete or they will continue to be passed by. People will not buy nor run windoz just because the BB desktop manager is stuck in the late 80′s / early 90′s when it comes to platform support.
