BlackBerry 8800 / 8300 Comparison Pictures

BoyGenius has been busy lately reporting on the BlackBerry 8300. Just recently he has posted comparison pictures of the 8300 along with the BlackBerry 8800.

The keyboard on the BlackBerry 8300 is awesome seeing how the device is considerably smaller than the BlackBerry 8800.

From this angle you can see that the BlackBerry 8300 is a bit thicker than the 8800. This, however, is to be expected since the 8300 sports a digital camera.

If only they kept all the functions and shape of the 8300 but had the colours of the 8800, it would be awesome. The 8800 is a sexy, sleek black, but awkwardly long in shape. The 8300 seems like it would fit in your hand better.

Though the keyboard on the 8800 looks nicer (I personally think so), the 8300’s keyboard seems like it’ll be easier to type on, especially for those with sausage/butter fingers (like myself).

Are they going to comw out with an 8300 type with no camrea? SOmething as slim as the 8800 but with wi fi and the same lenth as the 8300?

Nice. Just may be the one to make me retire the old 8700. The textured sides and form factor works for me. Give it 3G, make it all black, and bring it to TMO. I could adapt to the trackball real quick when this one drops!!!
