I have been saying for week or so that I thought the BlackBerry Pearl would be available from Cingular by the Day after Thanksgiving. It looks like a couple of other bloggers are jumping on the bandwagon.
The folks over at Gizmodo say that November 17th is the date based on a comment by Cingular’s customer support. Russell Shaw from BBHub says he is absolutely convinced that Cingular’s BlackBerry Pearl will be in stores by next Friday.
I don’t have any insiders feeding me info, however, next Friday November 17th makes sense. It gives a full week before Black Friday for the Pearl to hit the shelves and let consumers know that the device is out. It gives Cingular a full week to market the heck out of the Pearl and get ready to offer that $50 rebate just in time for the biggest shopping day of the year.

Yes, I knew that also. I think a good handful of people knew that the Pearl was going to be out before December.

It won’t be out until at least Dec1 st count on it.

To our knowledge, Nextel will not get the BlackBerry Pearl or any new BlackBerry for that matter. Sprint is trying to move everyone to their side of the network.
