BlackBerry Bold 9800 (BlackBerry Slider) Launching In June On AT&T

BlackBerry Bold 9800

BGR is reporting that the BlackBerry Bold 9800 slider is coming exclusively to AT&T sometime in the second half of June.  They have confirmed that over one million units have been ordered which is a bit surprising seeing how AT&T usually focuses on nothing but the new iPhone during June.

The Bold 9800 slider will,  of course, run BlackBerry 6 and be one of the first BlackBerry devices to launch with the new OS as compared to having to be upgraded to it.

Won’t get the device for various reasons, but curious to see how OS 6 works out. I really think this OS is the defining moment in RIM’s future in the consumer/commercial sector.
