Motorola has officially announced the Moto Q, AKA the RAZRberry to be released in Q1, 2006.
We found a possible sighting of the Motorola RAZR-style version of the MPx, affectionately known as the RAZRberry, that will run Windows Mobile and sport a QWERTY keyboard over on Howard Forums. If this is a legit rendering, hopefully, it is not the final design. Personally I think that it looks like a cross between a high-tech kitchen utensil and a Delorean. The new handheld is supposed to be out in late Q3 or early Q4. Features include:
