Well it does support up to 10 email accounts, the fact is that microsoft has the restriction not the blackberry. I use a Enterprise server in the office, the .blackberry.net account and my gmail with no issues at all. The package is a whole totally beats my old treo700wx, having the touchscreen is nice but when you simply need email and docs quickly the trackball works much faster, no need to use both hand to pull the stylus out to control what your doing.

Blackberrys are made for business, just now with the bold and curve do they appeal to other because of the media functions. Anyone who uses hotmail for business should know better...

I just got the blackberry pearl and realized afterward that my hotmail was not synching up. When i called data support they told me that blackberry's can't sync with hotmail (unless premium subscription). I was shocked since blackberry's are know for "10 email accounts" - how is that possible when I can't even use one!? I was pretty upset because I am already disappointed in the interface (i had a plam treo with touch screen and windows platform - so much nicer!). My plam use to synch hotmail so I don't understand if blackberry's are so popular - why don't they have the basics? Just get a more user friendly plateform, touch screen, and sync up my hotmail and I would never leave!
