Who will offer the BlackBerry 8700 next?

As we get ready to enter into the new year we know that the period of exclusivity that Cingular has on the BlackBerry 8700 will soon come to an end. The question that I have is “What carrier will offer the 8700 next?” Other than a rumor that a T-Mobile branded BlackBerry, presumably called the BlackBerry 8700t, is coming out in the Feb./March timeframe, the rumor mill has been quiet.
