toy that was launched a few months ago…just my opinion.
I on the other hand have a useless and ugly 7130g..lol…

thanks Robb for posting this…and yes, im all about ready to dump verizon for tmobile to get the pearl or the 8800…giving verizon a touch more time to release the pearl before i just pay the fee and move on

Let me make sure that I’ve got this right.

Someone starts an auction on one of the most visited sites on the internet. Someone else sees the auction and creates a thread in a popular forum about the auction. If I understand you correctly, because I belong to this popular forum you feel that it is my responsibilty to give credit to the “first” person who talked about the auction even though this is not where I heard about it from.

(Long pause as I crack up laughing…..)

Like I said before, the only person that deserves any credit for anything is the person selling the White BlackBerry Pearl on eBay.

By linking back to BBHub you imply that it was the originating source for this story when, in fact, it had been posted many hours before on a site, which you are a member of, that has considerable influence in the BlackBerry community.

If you were a responsible journalist you would have checked sources readily available to you before you gave credit for a story to the wrong person.

As I think about it, the person who put this up on BlackBerry Forums doesn’t deserve any “credit” either, other than kudos for a good find. The person that is selling this thing on ebay is the only that really gets any credit for anything as they are the one that created the story.

I don’t believe that I gave anyone credit. I said that one of Russell’s friends let him know about it. This in no way implies that BBHub had some type of exclusive on this information.
