For user management, we use a hybrid of remote installations of BlackBerry Manager and Role-Based Administration, as well as a custom web-based Enterprise Activation portal (designed by Jon Edmunds at BoxTone). For end-to-end monitoring for our Ops Center and troubleshooting for our Help Desk and server health for the Administration group, we are in the process of implementing BoxTone. For user statistics overview, we currently use a limited deployment of BerryStats (PHP version).

...oh, and a very humble BlackBerry Administrator to tie it all together (teehee) :)
