Waze Turn-By-Turn Navigation World Cup Challenge

June 10, 2010 by Robb Dunewood Leave a Comment

Waze, the free social media application currently in beta on the BlackBerry is holding their own international Worldcup competition where three users from the country that wins will be given an iPad.

The Waze Worldcup is all about munching soccer ball road goodies for the win. And similar to the FIFA structure, you guys will be competing on behalf of your country, tournament-style, in different phases of the game. All countries will be eligible to participate (currently we have wazers in over 100 countries!), and on June 11, along with the regular Worldcup, we’ll get set this thing off. Soccer ball road goodies will be distributed all over the map and the countries that munch the most soccer ball road goodies will be the ones to make it to the next round.

The Waze Worldcup starts tomorrow, so, install Waze for BlackBerry Beta to your device, and start finding soccer ball goodies…
