I went in today … no problem picked one up with no lines. Buddy of mine that wasn’t even going to buy a phone was sold on it and purchased one also.

Just call customer service and pray you get a good rep. I did b/c my early upgrade date wasnt until next month. They allowed me to do it earlier for this phone and at the sale price. Good luck

So we went into the store on Friday afternoon, of course they were sold out. They told us it would ship by Dec. 5th, but we already received ours today. It was faster then we expected!

You could pay the $20 for the early upgrade after 1 year of service on your current contract. I paid the $249 plus $20.

Rob,

You have to call customer service for upgrades when you are still under contract. They would give you the 1 year upgrade price. It is almost pointless to go into a store nowadays.

Too much business is a great position to be in. All the contracts updated to $80+ per month for Data. Then Google and MSFT fighting to pay for search, I think I will buy some Verizon Stock.

If you think that is bad, my brother went into Verizon earlier this month to get a new phone, because his is broken and is not working well, and he was only 2-3 days from his new every two. They wouldn’t do anything for him until the actual date. So, if you think four months is bad… what is 2-3 days?
