I love the bb 7130e, except one annoyance.

Why is the usb plug on the device upside down? Try plugging it into your car charger (assuming most cars cigarette lighers are in the center, to the right of the driver). This is super awkward, and would be perfect if the USB plug was turned the opposite way. (RIM take note.)

Lori,

I've heard that when it comes to SureType, you either love it or you hate it. Personally, I really like it.

What a disaster! Trying to do too much with the key board has left me unable to understand how to address an email to anyone and type in a message with the crazy technology taking over and changing the words. I hate this thing and have already requested a replacement after two days.

When designing equipment remember the old addage "Keep It Simple."

I spoke to my Verizon enterprise account rep and he said the 7130e will be released in early November. I like the style... the shiny bezel will be an annoyance but it was the same on my current Motorola phone too... you learn to live with it and its fine.
