The problem which happens from time to time is not peoples settings on their BB's it's RIM's BB NOC having problems and when that happens the email is not pushed to the BB's.Is there still no official word from RIM on what caused the latest BB outage and why?

neal,<br

Personally, I was down for the count in Austin in the afternoon. I pulled my battery thinking that might help and I got the dreaded jvm error for the 2nd time with this phone.Whatever new iphone version comes out this summer, I will seriously consider switching this time around. I'm sick of these outages.

Check the other blogs. People as far away as South Africa and Europe where having problems.
