I have yet to find any faults with it and it syncs BB's much faster than PocketMac. The only downside is that in order to manage videos for playback on the Pearl, you'll still need to convert your video files externally and drag them on to your MiniSD card as Missing Sync has yet to provide the file transfer capabilities necessary to do so within the GUI.
