Although he didn’t show it while on stage at the Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco, Jim Balsille did give Engdaget a hands on demo of the BlackBerry PlayBook in the hotel hallway…

We only got to heft the one-pound slate for a few seconds, but we got the basic feel of the device in the hand — warm to the touch, solid if a little plasticky, with a responsive glass touchscreen up top and a bottom that’s mildly rubberized.

The BlackBerry PlayBook looks great, its the right size, and, I want one…

10 Gadgets That Defined The Decade

So, I was just taking a look Engadget’s 10 Gadgets That Defined The Decade and I have simply got to call foul.  In some type of complete travesty of justice, the Palm Treo makes the list, yet, the BlackBerry only gets an honorable mention.

I just have four words…  Are you frigging kidding!?!
