Chrome is the browser by Google, and the G1 is a phone. What are you trying to compare the two for? They have nothing to do with each other. And why is the future not bright for the G1? The G1 can push updates right from Google to the phone to fix any initial shortcomings as they already have, so if anything the future is brighter then the current time.

No UMA is a valid concern and seems to be a limitation of the hardware, not the android OS, so stay tunes for more Android devices.</description>

		<description>I honestly think I&#039;d get an iPhone before I got this device because of price, network, and what it offers.  I haven&#039;t been impressed by it, but when it comes to Google, it has plenty of potential to catch up and perhaps pass the others.  It&#039;ll be interesting to see how it sells and what corections are made on the next release.</description>
