T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve With Wi-Fi Coming September 24th

by Robb Dunewood on August 13, 2007 · 6 comments

The word on the street is that the T-Mobile branded BlackBerry Curve 8320 with Wi-Fi will be released next month on the 24th of September.

The 8320 T-Mobile variant of the BlackBerry Curve is pretty much the same as it’s earlier released 8300 cousin. The major difference being the lack of GPS and the addition of Wi-Fi.

There is still no word on when this, almost perfect device, will come out on a CDMA carrier. Many hope, however, that RIM figures out how to cram GPS and Wi-Fi into relatively small form factor for a full QWERTY device by the time that it does.

Lake of GPS is a deal breaker for me. Hope t-mobile reconsiders.
