T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9900

T-Mobile wasted no time after the new touch BlackBerry Bold 9900 was announced at BlackBerry World to indicate their intention to carry the Bold 9900 4G on their network.  Unfortunately, however, the only indication as to when T-Mobile will get the new 4G touch BlackBerry Bold is later this year.

It won’t be available until September at the earliest. RIM already admitted to analysts that everything new has been delayed and that OS 7 isn’t close to being ready. It’s the Playbook announcement all over again. RIM is all talk, no product! And where are the other phones!? They’re pushing a year since the Torch and just watched their sales and stock plunge, and they only show ONE phone at their biggest show of the year (missing every other show this year – CTIA, etc.). Mismanagement and incompetence!

Late June/early July release on Verizon. OS 7 working pretty well…just sayin’.

You just need to remember that 4G is HSPA + for T-Mobile (and some others carriers)…. and not LTE (or WiMax) ;)
