I havent read much on this site concerning Sprint/Nextel that has come to fruition though so who knows... Where the heck is Blackberry Connect?!

Its now June and I believe you can still get a 7520 from Sprint/Nextel… they are now offering a few phones that run on sprints network but work on the IDEN network of Nextel for the two-way feature so hopefully a blackberry with such functionality isnt far off. There are hundreds of thousands of people out there that use the push to talk feature religiously. As politically uncorrect as it may sound, there are many guys out there that I would never give cell service to... in fear of excessive phone use. PTT gives us the luxury of not having to worry about that happening. At the same time, I know my guys are in touch.

I can’t see the PTT feature ever going away. I run a construction company. Though the business side should not have to move on without it. There is supposed to be a new version out that will have the PTT function. If they can do it for AT&T then why not for the company that started the whole thing?

Well, it is about time; and they should have done it alot sooner.
