True the push email is great and for the most part a soild device, but that's abot it. The OS is clunky as crap. A very few good third party apps exist for the BB. "you cannot get by on great marketing and a piece of crap device" You're right though about RIM's marketing. They are bit lax on the consumer sides of things.
