RIM ha creato Built For BlackBerry, un nuovo portale dedicato a tutte le applicazioni (o per lo meno la maggior parte) dedicate agli smartphone di casa RIM. Il portale è articolato in macro categorie: News, Sports, Travel & Weather, Games & Entertainment, Lifestyle, Navigation & Mapping. Sotto ogni macrocategoria sono raggruppati i programmi (proprietari e di terze parti) downlodabili sia in versione demo nel caso in cui il programma fosse a pagamento, che totalmente se il programma è free. A dire il vero il portale sarebbe dedicato ai clienti nordamericani, ma chi ci vieta a noi del vecchio continente di scaricare ed installare un contenuto?
