Through working with their agencies I have found that the PROVIDERS, aka sprint, T-Mobile are doing all the advertising. I have not even been able to find a marketing or advertising contact for Blackberry Corporate.

Actually RIM does not do a lot of advertising. The Pearl and Curve prove that RIM does not want to be pigeon holed into that segment only.

Yeah the carries mostly push their flashy teenie bopper phones, while the BB are mostly ignored, except to business customers. See them on posters in commuter trains, see them on posters on public phone booths. RIM also has a pretty cool and catchy TV spot for the Curve which is in rather heavy rotation.Glad to see RIM is getting their own word out. Not relying just on the service providers to advertise the RIM BB's is a great, and healthy step forward for RIM. Next stop IMO is a few well placed RIM factory stores giving customers a direct relationship with RIM for sales, service, and instruction.

Robb,

Not just on the net but RIM has really stepped up getting the BB’s into the spotlight.
