It won't matter RIM's coming out with a web version of DM and that should take care of DM crashing

Glad RIM is ignoring windoz, another technology which is in decline. gquaglia, Not just a desktop app for Mac, I'd much prefer a universal app, working with windoz, mac, and linux.

BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager
http://www.boygeniusreport.com/2007/05/29/first-look-blackberry-web-desktop-manager/

I sure hope a poster is wrong when later stating:
"It won’t work with Safari or Firefox (have tested the latter), as it actually relies on an ActiveX installation of the device communications driver that allows this to work; this means that it won’t work on your BlackBerry device, either (tested that as well)."

Even windoz users know using explorer is not cool or safe.
