I am going to go out on a limb and say that you should probably upgrade to the your providers unlimited data plan if your are interested in QuickPlayer.
So far, QuickPlayer for BlackBerry has over 100 channels of content, updated daily, which you get unlimited access to. QuickPlayer only works on newer model BlackBerrys, including the 7130e, 8700 series, and the BlackBerry Pearl (black and white).
