The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Wednesday afternoon issued a final rejection on one of the five NTP patents that BlackBerry maker Research in Motion was found guilty of infringing upon. The question that every BlackBerry user is asking this morning is will this keep Judge James R. Spencer from enacting an injunction that would shut BlackBerry down in the U.S.
